These give you protection, and stops anyone else from editing the properties that you list on the website. Entering the Agency Admin section of the website allows you, and only you, to edit your properties as well as your agency contact details. Multiple agents can be added, each with their unique contact details and photograph, that will be displayed with their individual property listings.
By using the quick search facility on the right, you can also search the website and test it to show your current listings.
Remember to remove SOLD properties to ensure correctness of the website. The integrity of your listings is in your hands.

Your Agency Admin dashboard puts you in complete control of your listing from the comfort of your desk top. Add new properties or edit any property that you may currently have listed. This is a simple two step process allowing you to manage and update your online portfolio. The effectiveness of your online advert depends on the completeness of the information that YOU put in here.

Start by selecting the agent that will be responsible for this property from the drop down list (you can add or remove agents from this list). Enter the property’s details as they will appear in the listing and select a suburb where the property will be listed. If the suburb that you wish to list the property under is not listed here, please contact CAHometraders to enable us to update the database.

There is provision in this process to easily upload images onto the website. Images need to be prepared before you get to this step. Read the help documents on the website if you are not sure about managing your images.

The final step in the process is to preview your new or updated listing. By previewing the property you have just added or edited, you will be able to see exactly what prospective buyers will view when they find your listings. The page is customized with:

· Your company logo
· Your company contact details
· The agents mobile number
· Provision for the buyer to email the agent
· A link to your website

The preview page verifies the details and enables you to make any changes before the listing goes “live”. Click the “EDIT” button if you would like to go back and make any changes to your property listing. Once you save the listing, the property is “LIVE” and available on the website to be viewed by prospective purchasers all over the world. This page has all the functions of a live listing including the brochure print option and the enquiry button, just as a prospective purchaser would see - customized with your details.
